Start getting the Sunday paper. While I currently only subscribe to one Sunday paper because I attain my inserts by other means ;) the general rule of thumb is to get one per person in your household. If I see great coupons are coming out, I'll run down and buy extras. To find deals on subscriptions in your area click HERE. Some newspapers will let you get additional inserts at a discounted price. For those in the Daily News area additional inserts are $1.87 NOT a good deal. If you subscribe to a paper simply for coupons and live in Cowlitz county your best bet is The Columbian. Mainly because the Daily News does not have Albertson's Twice the Value Coupons and these are HUGE!
Also the Oregonian sometimes has different SS & RP (SmartSource and RedPlum) sometimes than the Washington papers do so it's nice to pick one of these up once in a while.
