This is free ketchup at all stores but not all store managers will allow the roll over. I spoke with the Salmon Creek and 15th Ave Managers and both allow the roll over. Woodland Safeway will adjust it down to $1.49. Either way Free ketchup! All store managers refer to the same coupon policy. However, they are interpreting them in different ways.
